English Languauge Workshop
An English Languauge Workshop was conducted in the school on 2 and 3 Feb 2011 in the school auditorium. Mr. Beda-Shruti Das, a senior teacher in English, Delhi Public School, New Delhi, was the resource person. All the English teachers of our school and to teachers from the Emirates National School atteneded the workshop.
The 2 days workshop briefly concentrated on the correct understanding of use of words, structures and syntax to gain a significant command over the language in its correct and effective use. All the language teachers highly appreciated the techniques used in learning intricacies of English language. At the valedictory function, our principal thanked Mr. Das for his effort in familiarising the teachers with the simple approach of learning the language.
